Set amongst the splendor of historic lands nestled on a tributary of the James River, The Williamsburg Winery is more than a World Class winery;  it is a destination. Each year, throughout the year, over 50,000 vistors come find themselves in our tranquil settings.

We offer vistors and guests our instructional Tour and Tasting, and the more comprehensive Reserve Wine Tasting conducted in our reserve cellar. Lunches and dinners are available daily (please check our schedules) at the two restaurants on property. The charm and romance of Western Europe's country inns are captured in exacting detail in the extraordinary accommodations at our luxury hotel, Wedmore Place.  Thursday Night Food & Wine Pairing Dinners at the Gabriel Archer Tavern

The Gabriel Archer Tavern hosts a regionally themed 4 course dinner every Thursday night.  Our Senior Wine Consultant will take guests on a educational journey of wine and food indicative of the evenings region. The dining experience begins at 6:30 PM and must be booked and paid for at least 24 hours in advance. Limited seating available. All dinners are $55 per person inclusive of all wine, taxed and gratuities unless otherwise noted. Wine on Wednesdays - April only

  Each Wednesday evening during the month of April, the winery opens its doors and Wessex Hall to four local charitable organizations for the expressed purpose of raising funds to support these important causes in our shared community. For a nominal door-charge, guests are welcomed to an evening of food and wine, with proceeds dedicated to the charity. For more information on how to nominate your organization for a Wine on Wednesday evening, please contact our Asst. VP of Marketing, Courtney Darden at cdarden@wmbgwine.com.

Organizations must have criteria submitted no later than February 10, 2012

• Organization must support the Historic Triangle area as a non-profit 501(c)(3) corporation.
• Must have served the community for at least 3 years.
• Have a database of more than 1,000 names.
• Must be able to market the event using materials provided by the Williamsburg Winery.
• Organization must have an active web site to promote event online.

Ferraris on the Vine - 2012 Postponed to 2013
