Roast Turkey and Smoked Gouda with Ligonberry Chutney.
Roast Beef and Brie with Horseradish Sauce.
Prosciutto, Provolone, and Cappicola Ham with Caesar Dressing.
Tomato and Mozzarella with Basil Pesto Mayonnaise.

Served with Gabriel Archer Salad of Mixed Baby Greens
With House-made vinaigrette.

Luncheons at the Gabriel Archer Tavern are limited to 20 people. Parties of 20 or more will enjoy a buffet lunch (listed below) in Wessex Hall. A $30 per person charge is invoiced and a portion of the total must be prepaid to hold the date.
