The Seyval Blanc represents many different layers of fruit and mineral tones. The fruit is a subtle blend of lemon, pineapple, green apple and pear. Blended with the soft fruit tones are some very nice herbal and mineral notes with a hint of grassiness, which rounds out the fruit nicely. The overall structure of the wine is remarkably balanced between the acidity, fruit and herbal characters. The finish of the wine is clean and silky, which will pair nicely with a variety of foods.
