A rich full-bodied Chardonnay with a long, smooth finish. Produced only in the best vintages.
This is a rich and smooth, round and toasty Chardonnay. The wine is 100% barrel-fermented in French oak allowing for malolactic fermentation. It has at least 6 months of barrel ageing and several months of bottle ageing in our cellars. This wine will favor bottle ageing over the next 2 to 3 years. A special gold etched bottle highlights the presentation of this wine on the dinner table. Serving suggestions include Grilled Swordfish Steak, Grilled Prawns, Pheasant, and “Duck a l‘Orange”.
