Pyment - 2nd Edition

54% Vidal Blanc, 13% Honey, 33% H2O (for sugar dilution)

The 2nd Edition Pyment has a wonderful elegance that is inspired by friendships and a true collaboration.  In addition to friendship, the Pyment has a lovely floral perfumed note with a touch of wild flower, honeysuckle and orange blossom.  The floral aspect is well balanced with a combination of dried apricot, pineapple and raspberry along with some fresh vanilla and honey.  Just next to the fruit and floral characters is a delightful hint of Double Bubble Gum that adds to the overall complexity of the Pyment and provides a bit of youthful exuberance.  Overall the Pyment is incredibly smooth and well balanced with a long finish that is clean and lingering.

2018 Petite Fleur

Varietals: 51% Vidal Blanc, 25% Muscat, 24% Traminette

New Release!

The first aspect of this wine is visual; the wine has a beautiful golden amber hue.  The wine itself is very aromatic with notes of honeysuckle, orange blossom, apple, wildflower honey and gardenia. Additionally, there is a crème brulee and aloe vera layer that balances well with the aromatics.  The wine finishes very clean with the flavors lingering for a long time providing a smoothly luscious sensation.

Vin Licoreux de Framboise - Wine with Raspberry

A blend of barrel aged and stainless steel red wine and raspberry

This Raspberry Wine is a blend of raspberry and red wine. The red grape wine is comprised predominantly of Merlot. Ultimately the raspberry character is the most forward with the red grape wine following on the back palate. The combination of both flavor profiles offers a nice balance of the different fruits and their particular nuances they each share. This is a very pleasant dessert wine which will go with many desserts but I would strongly recommend a rich cheesecake with fresh berries or anything with the word chocolate in it!  – Matthew Meyer, Winemaker

Jamestown Cellars Settlers' Spiced Wine

A grape wine base, with added cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, and allspice

Using a red wine base and infusing a carefully balanced blend of spices, the wine comes through with dark fruit and berries. On top of the fruit is a predominant cinnamon and clove character followed by a myriad of fruit and spice combinations, to include an anise note. This is a delightfully fun wine that can accommodate many occasions. Serve warm in a mug and add a stick of cinnamon for garnish, or try it iced with a slice of citrus fruit or a mint sprig.  – Matthew Meyer, Winemaker
