A grape wine base, with added cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, and allspice
Using a red wine base and infusing a carefully balanced blend of spices, the wine comes through with dark fruit and berries. On top of the fruit is a predominant cinnamon and clove character followed by a myriad of fruit and spice combinations, to include an anise note. This is a delightfully fun wine that can accommodate many occasions. Serve warm in a mug and add a stick of cinnamon for garnish, or try it iced with a slice of citrus fruit or a mint sprig.

Vin Licoreux de Framboise - Wine with Raspberry
A blend of barrel aged and stainless steel red wine and raspberry
This Raspberry Wine is a blend of raspberry and red wine. The red grape wine is comprised predominately of Merlot. Ultimately the raspberry character is the most forward with the red grape wine following on the back palette. The combination of both flavor profiles offers a nice balance of the different fruits and their particular nuances they each share.
This is a very pleasant dessert wine which will go with many desserts but I would strongly recommend a rich cheesecake with fresh berries or anything with the word chocolate in it.
2018 Petite Fleur
51% Vidal Blanc, 25% Muscat, 24% Traminette
The first aspect of this wine is visual; the wine has a beautiful golden amber hue. The wine itself is very aromatic with notes of honeysuckle, orange blossom, apple, wildflower honey and gardenia. Additionally, there is a crème brulee and aloe vera layer that balances well with the aromatics. The wine finishes very clean with the flavors lingering for a long time providing a smoothly luscious sensation.
2019 Petite Fleur Limited Release Aged in Cognac Barrels (375 ml)
75% Vidal Blanc, 25% Muscat
A truly warm and inviting wine offering a beautiful array of orange, tangerine, apricot and nectarine. Beside these fruits is an intensely aromatic perfumed element with wildflowers, roses, and honeysuckle. Additionally, there is a bit of honey and honeydew melon to round it all out. The wine is beautifully balanced between the fruit, alcohol and residual sugar and offers a long, lingering finish that has a touch of bright lemon. All of this is then enveloped with the gentle presence of the cognac barrel.
2019 Petite Fleur (750 ml)
75% Vidal Blanc, 25% Muscat
This wine opens with a lovely floral bouquet of lilac and wisteria followed by mandarin orange, nectarines, a touch of plum, peach, and tropical mango notes. The fruit is well balanced with a creamy vanilla texture with hints of honey and butterscotch and undertones of minerals and limestone. The finish of the wine is very clean, bright, and luscious with the orange and tropical notes blending nicely with the weight of the wine. Overall a very well-balanced wine with a long clean finish.
2020 Petite Fleur (750 ml)
85% Vidal Blanc, 15% Muscat
A beautiful, well-rounded wine with some luscious orange, nectarine, and peach notes. The fruits are enveloped in a honeysuckle and wildflower canopy with some citrus and honey. Behind all this is a soft, perfumed element that rounds everything out nicely. The finish is extremely well-balanced with the orange and citrus rounding out the sweetness and making for a wonderful mouthfeel. A very clean and sophisticated dessert wine that is showing well now but will continue to improve with age.
