Join us on Friday, March 13th in Westbury Hall for an evening of education and dining on some of Virginia’s finest craft products! Beginning at 6:30PM, Chef David will present a cooking demonstration showing how to make Tom’s Cove Clams & Dockside Old Bay Sausage and discussing how to cook with beer, featuring our friends and neighbors, Alewerks!
Following the demonstration, enjoy a delicious 4-course dinner highlighting sausage and beer, each course paired with a 1oz. sample of Williamsburg Winery wine and an Alewerks beer. Each guest will receive a recipe card to recreate the featured dish at home.
