In accordance with the Governor’s pronouncements regarding a Phase 3 reopening:
Wine Club Members may join us for tasting flights in the Wine Club Lounge starting Friday, June 19 by reservation through the website only. The Club Lounge Friday through Sunday only, and seating will be reduced to allow for physical distancing. Two different flights will be offered and the price is included with the Club Membership. All Members will be limited to one visit of up to four people per Membership per month to the Club Lounge until all physical distancing restrictions are lifted. Bottle and glass service will not be available. No parties larger than 4 (including those under 21 years of age) will be accepted and a 45-minute time limit will be in place to allow us time to sanitize properly between parties.

In response to the COVID-19 crisis and in response to government mandates, we are making some big changes this quarter in appreciation of our Club Members.
For those who opt to pick up your orders curbside at the winery, we will be offering an additional bottle of wine (the 2018 Virginia Petit Manseng or the 2017 Virginia Cabernet Franc for reds only members) for the same price as the standard Club charge. Click the link below to select a date to pick up at the winery. Pick ups will be available 12 PM-5 PM daily throughout May starting on Friday, May 1. Please pull up to the double doors of the Wine Shop and someone will assist you on arrival. For those pick up Members who do not wish to pick up, we will offer FREE delivery of your regular Club selections by our staff to all Club Members living on the Peninsula (Hampton, Newport News, Poquoson, York County, James City County, and Williamsburg). You may click the button below to select a delivery date. Please contact us by email (email@example.com) for assistance or to add wine to your delivery order. We will call you on arrival at your location.
For our shipping customers who live outside of the Peninsula and opt not to pick up your orders at the winery, we will be offering FREE ground shipping via UPS and your orders will ship the week of May 4-8. If you are a pick up customer who lives outside the Peninsula and would like to take advantage of free shipping, please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), and we will gladly set your account up for shipping this quarter.
In light of Executive Order 55 from the Governor of Virginia, we will be unable to hold any Club Socials in the month of May. We hope to be able to offer a special Club social event later in the summer once the crisis is past and restrictions have been lifted.
If you wish to skip May's wine club offering, please contact us by email (email@example.com), and we will gladly put your account on hold until the next quarter without any lapse in benefits, such as discounts or complimentary tastings (when the tasting room re-opens).

We will be offering curbside pick up, personal wine delivery on the Virginia Peninsula, and UPS shipping this quarter. As a thank you for your support, our Members who opt for Curbside Pick Up will receive an additional bottle included with their normal wine selections.

How does the Wine Club work?
Each shipment will include a variety of wines that are available in the Williamsburg Winery Retail Shop. In addition, some shipments may include Reserve wines and or Library vintages. Shipments will also consist of a variety of white and red wines. A REDS ONLY option is available. Cumulative discounts may not exceed 30%.
Selections are made on a quarterly basis (Feb., May, Sep. & Nov.). Club members may pick-up wines from the winery retail shop or elect to have the wines shipped. Shipping is not included in quarterly fee. All members receive $15 flat rate shipping on qualifying club and non-club orders. Shipping is not available for all states. There is no cost to join and no membership fees. Membership is ongoing, with your credit card billed automatically each quarter. You will receive an email notice about a week in advance letting you know the approximate charge and when it will occur, and when the wines will ship or be ready for pick up at the winery. To cancel your Wine Club membership, please call the winery or provide a written notice of cancellation by email at least one month prior to the next shipment.
